Wang Yue was born in Beijing in 1959. studied Chinese painting with Puzuo, merged into Tianjin Arts and Crafts School to study sketch oil painting (1975-1978); then entered Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts majoring in graphic Design (Graphic Design) and received a bachelor's degree (1981-1985); also admitted to Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts graduate students, majoring in modern art design and master's degree (1993-1994); settled in Los Angeles in 1995 as Vice President of America Arts Research Institute and a professional painter.
